Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, Digital Media Infrastructure (DMI) is a small but friendly company specialising in bringing big business IT practices and experiences to the small business sector.

Offering a proactive approach to your IT, our aim is to be the single point of contact for all your technology requirements. DMI are happy to help with your existing infrastructure or offer assistance with any new hardware or software needs. Acting as project managers we will co-ordinate your network installation and will advise on best of breed technologies or any 3rd party services you may require. Through our extensive business network we can call upon reliable third party providers where required (e.g. data/electrical cable installation, office partitioning, phone systems ).

Once your IT is installed we can of course offer an ongoing service. Support is not limited to the telephone. By utilizing the latest technology we are able to offer "over the web" help where, once invited, we are able to take control of a problem PC or Mac and rectify many common issues quickly and efficiently, often without the need for a site visit. We don't believe in keeping our customers at arm's length and are happy to make as many support visits as needed. Should you decide to take a support contract with us, all these services fit neatly in to one fixed monthly payment with no hidden charges and realistic service level agreements.
